Succulent Saudi Samplings

On Thursday staff and students were fortunate to enjoy the second international dinner of the year, celebrating Saudi Arabia. The menu was announced in assembly by Ifeanyi A and Yudi A, which included a breakfast of date jam, dates, and Arabian tea. Lunch served hummus and pita, and shorba.

Finally, the fantastic dinner was composed of Al Kabsa, Beef Shawarma, Khyar Bi Laban, Falafel with Tahini Sauce, with a dessert of lemon cakes and Saudi champagne.

Roisin B, Allard ‘21 feels that it was “a good opportunity to bond with friends at the start of the year  over a new and delicious culinary experience”.

We are all extremely appreciative to the Food Services staff for preparing this scrumptious meal.
