The senior boys soccer team hosted Kwalikum on Thursday in a battle between two previously undefeated sides. Despite a spirited performance by the Brentwood team, ultimately it was Kwalikum's day as they took all three points with their 2-0 win. Brentwood showed considerable determination as they pressed for goals until the final whistle, and it was two defenders who connected for the best scoring chance towards the end of the game when Alexander Buss crossed nicely to a charging Eric Skoretz who nearly pulled a goal back. The team welcomed back Andre Coquillard who looked a little rusty, but showed he can have an impact on a game. The boys go back on the road for their next game against Woodlands next Tuesday (7th October) with a 3:15 p.m. kick off.
