Soccer at Shawnigan
The Junior and Senior Boys soccer teams hopped into a yellow submarine yesterday afternoon and headed up the road for a double header against Shawnigan.
The Juniors, who head to St. George’s in Vancouver this weekend for the ISA Tournament, won a squeaker 2-1.
On an adjacent field, the seniors fought hard for a 1-0 halftime lead and then the floodgates opened for five second half tallies. The Senior boys move on to a pair of games in Duncan later today.
