Senior Soccer Silver
The Senior Soccer girls won their pool in the North Island Playoff tournament and lost in the last minute of the gold medal match against the other pool winner, Ballenas. Brentwood tied Kwalicum and beat Gulf Islands the first day then advanced to the finals with a win over Mark Isfeld. Maddy A took team MVP honours.
With the tournament in the Comox Valley, we had the pleasure of a team barbeque at Katie C's home the first night, and then one of our current families, the Villanuevas, provided soup and rest at their home between games the second day. Many thanks for the wonderful hospitality we were shown by these Brentwood families. Brentwood hosts the Islands May 16/17.
