Senior Soccer Heads to Islands
The Senior Boys travelled to Nanaimo for the North Island playoffs this week, won two and lost two games, and perhaps most importantly, qualified for the Island playoffs at SMUS in Victoria on Nov 9th & 10th.
The team played with more confidence the second day when they had to win to book a berth to the Islands. A gutsy 1-0 win over a talented Kelsey team in the last game epitomized the strong work ethic on display from the squad.
BCS scorers during the tournament were Bryn G, Breno C (3), Jason Bullis, Daniel PS & Bruno C.
