Run in the Rain
The sun did not shine, It was too wet to play,
But the Terry Fox Run, was fun anyway!
Despite grey skies and a light drizzle, more than 400 Brentwood students, staff, parents, alumni and friends participated in the annual Terry Fox Run at high noon on Sunday, Sept. 12. Running, walking, strollering, biking, scootering, and even managing the 5 km course as a three legged couple, good fun and friendly competition were the order of the day. The fastest boys were David L., Cam Y. and Connor S. while Kirsty M., Indre S. and Charlotte W. led the girls. As always, thanks goes to Mr. Garvey for inspiring and organizing this memorable event.
