Rugby Trio To Represent BC at Nationals

Ciel A.B., Avi S, and McKenna H, all members of Brentwood’s girls’ rugby program, will represent British Columbia this week at Rugby Canada’s National Championships in Vancouver. The tournament, which will feature two teams from B.C. along with sides from Ontario and Alberta, is the first to feature a U16 women’s division. The four-team tournament will run August 7-11 at UBC. The girls will play Wed. Aug 7th at 9:00 a.m. against BC-Blue, Thurs. Aug 8th at 10:30 a.m. against Ontario, and Fri. Aug 9th at 10:30 a.m. against Alberta. Sat. Aug 10th will feature the Playoff Round with the Placement Finals on Sunday August 11.The bronze medal final is at 11:00am with the gold medal game at 1:30. We wish these three the very best.
