Rugby: Season Over for Grade 9's; Colts Prepare for the Islands

Hoping to extend their season, the Grade 9 rugby team were disappointed to hear that a proposed tournament this week would not happen. The Grade 10 "Colts", however, are preparing for the Island Rugby Championships, which start this Thursday at Shawnigan Lake School. Coaches Healy and Plater believe their team continues to improve and look forward to some excellent results. Brentwood plays Claremont High School on Thursday with a 2:30  p.m. kick-off. A win will place the team in the semi-finals on Friday (kick-off time to be announced later this week). Supporters welcome!
