Rowing: Eric Jackson Named to BC Team for Canada Summer Games

Grade 11 student Eric Jackson raced his way on to the B.C. rowing team this past Friday. Racing against older competitors, in pairs, over 1250 m, Eric finished second overall on starboard side. He is the youngest member of this Under-21 team and will be competing at the Canada Summer Games in Prince Edward Island in August. After the Canadian High School Championships in June, Eric will try out for the junior national team with fellow teammates Adam Galbraith and Connor McGuigan.
