Privett Rules
School teaches you something: no matter how hard you try, some things are impossible to memorize. Privett teaches you something else: no matter how hard you try, some things are impossible to forget. Whether it be having too much fun with Mr Rodriques’ chocolate lab, Jack-Jack, or paying tribute to Felix McCormick’s old sign-in card, you will never forget anything that happens in Privett.
When I was in Grade 8, believe it or not, I wanted to be in Ellis. Young and dumb, I know, but I was seriously concerned about how I would fit in with the Privett culture. It all seemed so macho, and, well, look at me. You don’t exactly see me deadlifting 300 pounds, or going to the gym at all for that matter.
But when I met the Privett group sitting in front of you I felt like I belonged.

I’d like to thank the staff that raised us; Mr. Neufeld, Ms. Wolinsky, and all of the duty staff and RFAs: Mr. Lee, Ms West, Garry, Mr. Branchflower, Mr. Ganley, Mr McPherson, and Mr. Rodrigues, Privett wouldn’t be the same without you.
