Philanthropist Colin B. Glassco Visits Our School

Today Colin Glassco gave a presentation to our school about the results of the latest donations given to a school in Zambia. Approximately five years ago, four wells were drilled with funds donated by Brentwood, Colin himself, and Richard Osler. Additional funds were raised to construct a school building, followed by new desks which have just recently been received by the students and teachers. Colin showed a video of the students receiving the desks plus the Zambian teacher's words of thanks on behalf of the students. The latest challenge involves raising $7000 to purchase solar panels for the school. If this goal is met, certain male members of our faculty have promised to dress in pink tutus and dance for the students.
