Mandarin Meanderings in Victoria

The bonding trip to Victoria with the rest of the Mandarin students last week was a great privilege and experience. It was a dip into the culture of a foreign culture in the form of food (which was excellent).
The trip was both interesting and educational. The dim sum was delicious and many laughs were had as we ate. Before the meal, we had a few hours of free time during which we were divided into groups and left to meander, which was good after a long bus ride. We were able to explore Victoria’s historic Chinatown and do a little shopping.
I really enjoyed the trip and would like to thank Mrs. Sun for arranging it.
