Lancashire Crowned World Champion
On Sunday morning, Peter Lancashire, Brentwood Grad Class of 2017, and his Canadian Men's U23 4- were crowned World Champions in Racice, Czech Republic. Since his graduation from Brentwood, Peter has been studying and rowing at the University of Washington in Seattle. Peter rowed in three seat of the 4-.
Also competing for Canada were Brentwood rowing coaches Maya Meschkuleit and Raphael Berz. Maya, currently studying at Duke, placed 5th in the B Final in the Women’s U23 4- while Raphael, a student at Yale, placed 3rd in the C Final in the Men’s 2x.
