Junior Tennis Wins ISA's
The Junior Tennis team was in action this past week at the 2012 ISA Tennis Tournament. Brentwood was competing against teams from Shawnigan, St. Georges, West Point Grey, and Crofton. In the Junior Girls division, Brentwood won gold and took home the trophy by defeating the team from Crofton. Member of the winning team included Hilary J, Alix L, Emma DeP, Leah A, Ingrid C, and Paulina BP.
The boys defeated teams from Shawnigan and West Point Grey before losing to St. Georges and earned the silver medal. Members of the boys’ team included Emilio A, Santiago GG, Inigo O, Shaun H, Aidan C, and Andrew Y.
Next up for the juniors will be another match versus Shawigan and then they will compete against each other for the Angus and Porter Cups, and bragging rights of top Junior Boy and Junior Girl tennis player at Brentwood.
