Junior Boys Basketball: 4th place at Dover Bay tournament

The Junior Boys basketball team finished their first tournament action of the year on a snowy Saturday. They fought hard against Ballenas Secondary School of Parksville, but ended on the short end of a 51-41 score. Playing against their second AAA opponent in two days, the boys showed that they will compete right to the last whistle. Brentwood finished the game on an 8-0 run and gave themselves some much needed confidence going forward. This week will be a busy one for the boys with two league and three tournament games scheduled for the next 6 days. Come out to support the team against Cowichan on Thursday at 3:30 pm in the Brentwood Gym.
