Junior Boys Basketball: 2-1 in league play

The Junior Boys basketball team opened their new year with a 42-27 defeat of Shawnigan Lake School. Although the team did not play to the best of their ability, it was a satisfying win against their perennial rivals. Matt Lee and Aron Schwartz led on the team score-sheet with 21 and 13 points respectively. The Junior Boys will be in Victoria this weekend (January 11-12), playing against the stiff competition of AAA schools; they will be away at St. George's for the Junior Boys ISA championships on January 18-19.
