Junior B Volleyball Tournament

Both the Junior B & C Girls volleyball teams participated in last Friday's Cowichan Valley Junior B Tournament. The Junior C team played valiantly against strong teams in their pool, pulling off a glorious victory in their very last game against the Shawnigan B team. The Junior B team placed second in their pool which enabled them to stay for the play-offs.  They did not let the powerful AAAA Frances Kelsey team get their spirits down in their first play-off game. Their final match was against the AAA Chemainus team and the girls again played their best until the very last point. The Junior B team placed a respective 4th out of a ten team tournament.
