Into the Heart of Darkness: a lecture by Dr. Justin Albert on all things astrophysical this Friday
Dr. Justin Albert, Associate Professor of Physics at the University of Victoria, will be lecturing this Friday at 7.30 p.m. on the connection between fundamental particles and the structure of the universe.
Dr Albert graduated from Harvard and went on to gain his Masters and PhD at Princeton. His postdoctoral work at Caltech as a Millikan Fellow centred around the physics of dark matter and dark energy and has led to conduct research work on the Hubble telescope and CERN particle accelerator.
