Hope to a Tea
This past Sunday, Hope House hosted the young ladies of Brentwood for afternoon tea. Around every corner were kettles plugged into each available outlet, and a multitude of tea boxes teeming with every flavor and variation possible.
The girls of Brentwood arrived around 1 o’clock in the afternoon dressed in stunning dresses and other exquisite outfits. All who joined us immensely enjoyed the afternoon of socializing with tea-sipping peers. Sharing laughs over a magnitude of delectable treats and watching the classic, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” was an ideal way to finish off the weekend!
Inviting the young Brentonian women to this very ladylike event is a Hope House tradition that we’ve arranged every year since being established in 2010. All of the future Hope House prefects are looking forward to keeping this tradition alive in the years to come.
