Great Result for U16 Girls at Island Volleyball Championships
Brentwood College's U16 Volleyball team finished fourth this weekend at the U16 Island Championships. They met the eventual tournament winner, the Tsunami team in the semi-finals and lost in two close games 22-25, 21-25.
The next match for third place was against a very strong Comox team. Brentwood took the first game easily with a 25-7 win, then lost the second game 21-25 and were narrowly defeated in the third match 11-15 which gave them the fourth place finish. Sincere congratulations go to this group of girls and to their coaches. They have far exceeded expectations and have had a very successful season.
