3 March 2009
David McCarthy
This Saturday, the junior school will be heading off to various locations for curriculum enrichment. Some Grade 8's will visit a floating laboratory on the Saanich Peninsula to study marine biology. Others will be having a workshop on how to make their own animations on computers. The Grade 9's will all be winging away to the Raptor Centre in Maple Bay (owned and operated by a former Brentwood  parent, Mrs. Judith Radcliffe), where they will learn about the biology of birds of prey and see a demonstration of raptors in action.
