Girls Guides Got Game

The Foote Centre was alive with youthful enthusiasm in early June as Mrs Napier and five members of the Junior Girls Basketball team hosted 20 local Girls Guides, grades 4-6, for an introductory hoops clinic.  Ms Handley, guide leader and parent of Keira, Hope ’25, made the request on behalf of the local troop and the Brentwood Junior Girls welcomed the opportunity for some community service on the hardwood. The Brentwood girls received the sweetest of thanks: a complimentary box of Girl Guide Cookies.
