Girls Basketball Wrap Up
Despite covid mitigation, we showed up to every practice with positive attitudes, competitive hearts & the drive to improve. For the past two years, I’ve been coached by one of the best, Mr Pasquale, who brought my love for sports to another level. Although we were unable to compete, his passion & perseverance inspired us to keep our heads high, reminding us of the success we’ll have in coming seasons. Ms Napier’s grit & dedication never failed to bring us joy, and Ms Manton sure knows how to keep us on our toes & our hearts pumping.
Our incredible coaches are the root of the basketball program: their persistence & passion made our season a positive experience. They helped us compete within ourselves to the best of our ability to develop the skills we need for future years. We overcame the challenges such as wearing masks, staying in cohorts & refraining from contact, while still learning & growing together as a team. Sophia Bossi & I are proud to have been the Captains of the ‘21 Girls Basketball team.
