Fantastic French Foods

Immediately preceding Midterm Break, staff and students had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious French dinner.

The fabulous French seniors Madysson W and Adrienne R presented the menu in Assembly that week: croissants, scrambled eggs, and sausages started the day. Following the scrumptious breakfast, dinner was composed of tuna Nicoise salad, Vancouver Island shrimp mousse canape with hive on rye crouts, coq au vin avec baguettes, piperade, and French onion soup.

One of our resident RFAs, hailing from Whittall House, Mr Ward, happily recalls that the dinner “made me feel like I was in Paris”.

Ms Maclean and the Student Activities Council has been doing a phenomenal job with the International Dinners the past few weeks. Special appreciation to the SAC Captain, Olivia S, and the International Dinner Coordinators, Roisin B and Madysson W for their hard work. Finally, many thanks to the Food Service Staff for once again producing the most delicious food for us to enjoy.
