Fall Sports Captains

At Brentwood, we assign the title of Captain to leaders in our athletic and artistic programs. Sometimes our junior/developing programs share this title among their athletes in order to develop leadership skills. For the Senior teams in our competitive programs, however, a Captain is named and this is seen as both an honour, a privilege and a responsibility.  These athletes are selected because they are respected by their coaches and their teammates for their sportsmanship, work ethic, commitment to teammates and knowledge of the game. They can be pivotal in the success of a team as they share their passion for the sport, build teamwork and team spirit, and inspire their teammates to be the best they can be both on and off the field. They epitomize what we want our athletes to strive to become. This year, the following Captains have been named for our senior fall term sports: Sarah H – Senior Girls Field hockeyNicholas W – Senior Boys SoccerKarlien L – Senior Girls Volleyball We congratulate them on this honour and wish them much luck during their season.
