Excellent Results at the Dueling Over a Grand Regatta

The rowing club took part in the Dueling Over a Grand Regatta in Victoria over the weekend. On Saturday, only the Senior Boys and Girls eights took part due to the Brentwood Charity Work Day. On Sunday, the rest of the club raced in their respective categories. With only two crews racing at a time, the format was double knock out – lose two races and the regatta was over for the weekend! Making the finals were our Junior B Girls 8+, Junior B Lightweight Boys 8+, Senior Girls 8+ and the Senior Boys 8+. All four of the finals were very close with the Senior Boys winning the gold medal and the other three crews claiming silver.
