As part of Fright Week, the SAC hosted another international dinner featuring the cuisine of Hong Kong! Janessa P & Hayden K invited us all at assembly last Thursday. Students were served our very popular sweet and sour pork, pepper lunch fried rice, shumai - a dimsum classic - and, of course, wonton soup. In addition to that, we got a taste of a traditional Hong Kong dessert and drink: mango pudding & yuanyang tea, which is essentially coffee and milk tea. Charlotte C said, “The food was so delicious. It reminded me of home.”  Thank you to the food services staff, our students from Hong Kong, and SAC for organizing this amazing experience!  Megan K, Alex '20
