Digital Fishers Presentation Today

At 7pm tonight Rod Dobell, leader of the Digital Fishers project, will describe how crowdsourcing can be used to analyze data from cameras, hydrophones and data sensors in the oceans. Rod will be interested in student input in helping design the protocols that best engage students with this environmental research. This is part of the NEPTUNE Project's outreach to involve the community in looking at the data-stream being generated from remote collection nodes around Vancouver Island.
