Charity Work Day: March 27th

Imagine every student of a school donating a day of labour to charity! Brentwood students have been doing this annually for over 30 years. On Wednesday we began mailing out notices to our neighbours and phoned last year's clients to ask if they want to participate again this year. Whether it is house work, yard work, painting or babysitting, our students will be working in and around the Cowichan Valley on Saturday, March 27th. It is great way to get some spring cleaning done while donating to a worthy local charity. Last year we gave $18,000 to over a dozen charitable groups in the Valley and the students came back with some great stories after spending the day helping our community.
