Brentwood Threepeats in Showcase Hockey
Last Saturday, January 22nd, Brentwood faced familiar rivals, Shawnigan Lake School, at the Kerry Park arena for the annual showcase hockey extravaganza. Wild cheers could be heard from the stands as both groups of supporters proudly wore their school colors: yellow and black for Shawnigan and red and black, of course, for BCS.
Brentwood fortunately, had more to cheer about, and ended up celebrating a 5-1 victory. Goals were scored by Danielle R, Micheal F, Brett M and a pair by Captain Gavin S. Jack K also did a tremendous job between the pipes, with Bill K filling the net in the final period. Brentwood’s hockey pride was defended for another year.
