Brentwood Dancer is on the Move

This November Brentwood's Michelle M. was able to work one on one with Vancouver's star modern choreographer Josh Beamish, Artistic Director of MOVE: The Company. Josh is noted for dancing roles in various feature films and television shows including “The Wicker Man” with Nicholas Cage, “The Cleaner” and “Totally Awesome” with choreographer Paul Becker and the Nickelodeon network’s “Spectacular”. Josh was also one of the choreographers involved in the Steve Rosenberg’s film “Divine Waters” for Bravo! Michelle is very excited about perfecting her new piece and preparing to perform for the school in the spring.

Brentwood offers a range of fast paced dance programmes from choreography to advanced dance. With examinations, festival and school performances being the focus, along with our special star choreographers, the dancers can expect to broaden their vocabulary and strengthen their technique.
