Brentwood Choirs Hit All the Right Notes
On Monday, April 18th, Brentwood’s Vocal Jazz Ensemble and Concert Choir were invited to perform at the Choral Honors Concert at the Victoria Highlights Festival. The Vocal Jazz Ensemble performed “What is this Thing Called Love” and “Hold Me”, while the Concert Choir beautifully sang, “In the Land of Innisfree” and “Royal Hudson”. The choirs ranged from ages two to sixty and they came from all over the Island eager to sing!
Prior to this event, Brentwood competed at the Victoria Festival and was awarded the Gardner’s Shield Award for outstanding singing. This was Brentwood’s second time receiving this award and, we hope, not the last.
