BRC at PRCs

The Brentwood Rugby Club was well represented at the BC Provincial Rugby Championships in Burnaby over the Canada Day Weekend. While Jack NG, ‘21 was the lone member of the U14 North Island Tsunami, Blake C ‘19, Torren K ‘20, Graeme M ‘19, Scott J ’19, Matthew MP ‘19, Liam M ‘19 Joel C ’19 all played for the U16 squad. Darren Sage, Privett ‘09 coached the side which went undefeated in five games over the weekend to win gold.  Harrison Hooke, Privett ‘17 could also be spotted playing for South Vancouver U18 while Jacob B, Captain of this year’s Brentwood Junior Boys and Liam S ‘18 suited up for the Island Tide U17s, which won bronze in the U18 division.  On the girls’ side, Natalie Moreland, Jotei B & Brylee M represented the Island in U18 action while recently retired Mr Mike Flynn volunteered at the event.
