Big Win for Brentwood Junior Boys Basketball

The Junior Boys basketball team needed a big game from their biggest player on Tuesday evening at Francis Kelsey Gymnasium. Martin B did not disappoint, turning in an impressive 10 points and 15 rebounds to help beat a very good Francis Kelsey team. After a stifling defensive effort held Kelsey to 9 points in the first half, the boys had to execute well offensively in the fourth quarter and hold on for a 47-36 victory. The win gives the team a 2-0 record in league play and an impressive 8-1 record for the year thus far. Brentwood is in action at Shawnigan Lake School on Friday and Saturday January 15th - 16th at the ISA Championships. First game is against Collingwood School on Friday at 2:30pm.
