Basketball: Senior Girls defeat Shawnigan Lake School in Showcase Game

The Senior Girls continued their winning streak with another victory over Shawnigan Lake School this week. After defeating the same opposition last Saturday at Shawnigan, they played them again on Tuesday at Brentwood. It was close the entire game. Shawnigan battled in an effort to take the lead, especially in the last few minutes, but Brentwood managed to hold on. Final score: Brentwood 41 - Shawnigan 37. The girls head to Belmont for a tournament this weekend where they will face some tough competition against triple-A teams.
