It was a 2nd place finish for the Senior Girls team this past weekend at the ISA (Independent School Association) Tournament in Vancouver. The tournament, held at Crofton House, commenced on Friday afternoon with Brentwood defeating St. John's. In game 2 (the semi-final), Brentwood competed against West Point Grey Academy. Despite some foul trouble, Brentwood played very well as a team and pulled ahead, winning 59-38. Erin Young was high scorer with 13 pts, with Denesha Doman (12 pts), Siobhan Willow (11 pts), Devan Young (9 pts), and Laura Hawkins (7 pts) also contributing. Catherine MacDonald and Cassidy Johnston should also be recognised for their defensive hustle. In the final game, again experiencing foul trouble, Brentwood was outplayed by the host team Crofton House School. Brentwood team player of the tournament was Denesha Doman.
