Basketball: Grade 8 Girls have a strong season

The Grade 8 girls had a strong season, finishing the regular season play third in the eight-team Mid-Island league.  Their only losses came at the hands of the top two teams. The girls started the season relatively inexperienced, but then began to play well as a team and continued to improve with each outing.
