Brentwood’s memorable open houses continued this past Saturday with Allard hosting the school on January 19th. The theme of the open house was revealed on the Thursday prior with a video of the girls, placed all around the world, realizing they must come back to their boarding school on Vancouver Island to fulfill their duties as FBI agents.  Students were encouraged to arrive at 8pm, where they would walk into a house decorated from top to bottom in everything one could possibly imagine that’s related to the FBI. The top floor featured an undercover theme and descending down to second floor would’ve brought you to the FBI’s office. Finally, first floor was the interrogation room. The main floor also brought a large water pong tournament and a dance floor with DJ’s Omkar V & Austin O, Ellis ‘19s keeping a moderately sized group dancing all night. Free pizza and a photobooth also drew many to this open house. Chantal P said her “favourite part was the veggie platter”. For these open houses to be successful, lots of hard work has to go in beforehand. Allard House Captain Haley H stated that “Every single Allard girl contributed to the detail of the decorations, and I’m really proud of how the night turned out.”  The girls lived up to the excitement of the video, and as the open houses continue throughout the year, Allard’s will definitely be one to remember.
