Marius Felix, B.A. (University of Washington)

By the time he returned to Brentwood in 2002, Marius Felix was an accomplished history teacher, houseparent and administrator in a boarding school setting. No stranger to the Brentwood campus, Mr. Felix spent his senior secondary years as a member of Privett House. An enthusiastic member of the Brentwood rugby and rowing teams as a student, his fondest memory was that, under Jim Burrows' sage tutelage, he passed senior math. After graduating from the University of Washington, Mr. Felix traveled extensively and spent several years away at "that other school". A highly experienced and dedicated advocate of boarding school education, Mr. Felix also has extensive experience as a rugby coach, currently assists in coaching the senior boys basketball program and he is the Assistant Head of School. He is extremely proud of his family, from whom he derives his strength and inspiration.
