Mr. Doehler Lost at Sea?

Brentwood science teacher, Mr. Scott Doehler, is currently the “teacher on board” the Thomas G. Thompson, a 274 foot vessel conducting research around the Neptune array of data-gathering nodes off the west coast of Vancouver Island. Scott is helping conduct experiments and joining crew members in the deployment of underwater robotic vehicles. The Thompson is part of the University-National Oceanographic Laboratory System.
 
Though several hundred kilometers offshore, Scott is in contact with his science classes via Skye and he will bring back a wealth of information and experiences from his two week voyage
