Brentwood teachers choose a uniquely challenging and rewarding vocation: to focus on developing character and community, as well as curriculum. Because Brentwood is a boarding school, it is important that a majority of our faculty are fully involved in all aspects of education, inside and outside of the classroom. While many 'boarding schools' are primarily day schools, Brentwood is fully dedicated to its large boarding programme. 60% of our teaching staff live on our campus with their families. The value of so many faculty and students living and learning together in community is incalculable.
