This 60-90 minute exercise class focusses on fun and fitness. Students develop their aerobic and anaerobic capacity through interval and circuit training, plyometrics, step aerobics and bootcamp fitness. Strength and flexibility are also key components: students will be introduced to Yoga, Pilates, and resistance training. Fitness Fusion is designed to give students a low-impact, high energy, and physically challenging workout three afternoons a week. No previous experience is necessary.
