Payment Methods
Bank Draft or Personal Cheque
Should be made payable to Brentwood College School. All fees should be sent in Canadian Funds. If you send this in US funds we will credit your account using the exchange rate on the day your cheque is deposited.
On-line Banking
Pay your account on-line. This feature allows you to add Brentwood College School to your list of payees. Setting up your account using the six alpha account code as shown on the right side of your monthly statement, you can pay your account using your computer or phone. Please contact your financial institution for further details on how to use this feature. We are registered with the following financial institutions:

To ensure that the funds are credited to your account, please ask your bank to state the full name of the student on the funds transfer invoice, and advise our accounts department by fax or e-mail accounts@brentwood.bc.ca so we can track the transfer from this end.
Please do not deposit a sum of cash or cheque directly into our Royal Bank account. While these deposits appear on our statement, there is no reference to which student or family should be credited. Many thanks.
Credit card payment
Brentwood is pleased to announce that through a partnership with Plastiq, a third party credit card processer, it is now possible and perhaps advantageous for parents to consider paying Brentwood College School by MasterCard or VISA. Plastiq was introduced to us by representatives of MasterCard, with whom they have a formal and exclusive partnership. Please click HERE to initiate the credit card process.
