Q: Do you still have room for my daughter/son for this coming September entry? When is your deadline to submit an online application?
A: Brentwood has a 'rolling admission policy', we accept applications until all the available places are filled per year. We recommend starting the application process early in the year.
Q: How much does tuition cost?
A: Tuition differs for Canadian, American and International students. Please visit our financial information page for more details.
Q: What does tuition include?
A: All meals, room and board, science laboratory fees, most art and sport programmes, most textbooks, laundry (for boarding students), annual yearbook, and many other student activities.
Q: Is the assessment mandatory?
A: Yes, we do require an assessment.
Q: Do you require a TOEFL test?
A: No, our admissions process will help us assess language skills.
Q: Do you have an ESL programme?
A: No, at this time we do not have an ESL programme.
Q: I would like to enrol my child as a day student at Brentwood. Is this a possibility?
A: Brentwood has limited day places and we reserve those for families who have lived in the area for a period of time.
Q: How do I begin the admissions process?

Q: I would like to visit the school to take a tour? When are you available?
A: Tours can be facilitated Monday through Saturday at 10:00am (preferably). To book a tour, please call our admissions line at 250-743-5521 or email admissions@brentwood.bc.ca
Q: What languages do you offer?
A: French, Spanish and Mandarin. For more information on languages please visit the modern languages page of our academics section.
Q: Do you have tutoring available?
A: Yes, Brentwood offers tutoring and support for learning differences on campus. This level of support will be assessed once the child has been accepted.
Q: What kind of Financial Aid do you offer? How much?
A: Financial Aid Applicants must be Canadian citizens or hold landed immigrant status and currently be registered in a Canadian school. Applicants may be eligible for up to 50% coverage. To apply, please visit our financial aid and scholarships page.
Q: How is your Internet service protected? How/or do you monitor the Internet usage?
A: Our Internet service is filtered by two systems to make sure that students are only visiting appropriate sites. We also limit the availability of certain websites during academic times to ensure our students stay on task during classes.
